plz help me...
the period of payment of gratuity is 30 days . aft this period how much rate of interest charge as per sec 7...
may b as per charging in RBI rate !!!
Can any one help, if there is only theree component in the salary of employee like Basic, Conveyence and HRA. How the Gratuity will be calculated,. Will it be only on the basic salry or the whole salary as there is no component like DA. Kindly help
