S, the intention of the institute is to show low results. So whether hardworked or not has no role to play there.

0.25% Is not tolerable, for this the exam could have not kept.

CIC decided, CA student to get copy of answer sheet under RTI Act

Dear Suresh & all other troubled PE- 2 students,

First of all 0.25% is certainly not an acceptable result. I have discussed this matter with several professors of coaching classes & they say that one should compel the institute to provide copies of evaluated answer sheets under the RTI Act. If anyone of you knows the procedure for application under the RTI act please let me know the same.  Secondly there is no such thing which makes the ICAI or for that matter the president of ICAI feel that they are GOD & cannot be challenged. Dear Freinds let us all stand united & act fast. In fact I would like to put this as an appeal to All India CA students to stand united & boycot these results & compel the institute for a fresh & fair evaluation .

Dear friends...i have left to clear my second grop of P.E. II really... i cant understand where i am lacking..... i have given my 100% but the result is the lowest till the date....Really friends we need to take a serious steps for this un predictable results

Yes,  Bhavik you are right , we need to  take  really  serious steps , now if such trend of low  passouts  continue we should really ork very hard just to clear.

I think institute required fund for this recession

they newer check our paper they just taking paper like stock market

anyway guies forget thik what happen we have to prove our professional approcj for next atten

Friends lets us not jump in to conclusions by seeing the number 0.25%.The institute has already extended this syallabus more than two times previously.To be in the positive side the intention would be to give the candiates more chance for clearing the exams.In this background there  is very lesser chance on the part of institute to announce a low result.Answers for all our questions will be known only when we are allowed to see our answer papers under RTI Act.If this low result was intentional then serious remedies are needed to protect the students carrier.

dont know wat has led to such situation tat they have to withheld

students marks ...in any normal correction wat we experienced 

i shud have got at any cost 159 ,, i m left wid second grp only 

the marks i secured is 43 45 46 ohh god ...

brain juggler it is .. 

but just wanna see wer i did mistakes in my expectations ..

is any1 hearing my cry tell me the procedure for getting the zerox copy

of my papers under RTI act as i have heard n seen the post....

anyway i m ready to work even harder n come out of 160 zone ..

god willing will prepare so hard tat they wont dare reduce the marks ..

All d best to other pe2 guys who have failed..

plz tell me soon wats the procedure to secure zerox copy..

or else shall i start it again soon plz time is short

All the guys who want photo copies of their evaluated answer sheets... GET THIS CLEAR...

Our institute does not provide for any such thing... but as most of you'll have read in various articles that RTI certainly does...

Now there could be two ways to get there... 

Either stick to your stand and be hell bent to get back your evaluated copies (which i certainly doubt is a very lengthy process)

OR

Work towards clearing the next attempt.                                                                                                               - THE CHOICE IS YOURS!!!

And look guys... we can we do one thing...

Those who are certain to give November 2009 attempt... We all can assemble together online, become friends, help out each other in all queries...difficulties, support each other in this hour of emotional and  mental distress.

ICAI has left us confused : whether to go for exam in this november or leave CA and do something else or enter the job market.

I think ICAI must suggest some solution regarding career of those  who cannot afford studying now and needs job.............no guarantee whether this result will be repeated again...........................

I think it is time to decide as running after one thing madly does not make sense for those who need job
