the most hated disgrace of ICAI, "UTTAM PRAKASH AGARWAL"  will be continuing as president for some more time.last year the results of election were published in the institute site and newsletters.the new vice president and the council members were also mentioned mostly in january.but this year nothing other than that devilish face 'UPA' is published.i dont know whether it is mentioned in the subsequent newsletters since the institute  is verymuch punctual in sending student materials nowadays.we are not free from this curse.i think he might have done something not to handover the powers same as that of PCC results.                           God get rid of him
