Mozzilla is quite good.but u can go for Chrome or latest IE....Safari wont work on ur windows it requires Mac.....So get updated

firefox is best bcoz it have download manager if u lost connection in middle of download of file when u recoonct u r net it start from that where it lost and not from start like in chrome where u have to download full file again
