If I send to sample for testing and this sample is not returnable
please explain how to process this condition
send to sample in challan and not return then what is impact

It's ll be Taxable.
If the sample's value is Rs. 1000 & tax 18%.If you sell this

If you sell this you calculate tax Rs. 180.
Now you ll be pay the taxe amount to govt. you can loss or give samples or free to your convenient.But, Any goods/services given we can pay the tax
