7 man build in 2 hours
1 man build in 7*2=14 hr = 840m
3 man build in 840/3=280m = 4.40hr

dude this question was posted long back in cci,,it belongs to civil services interview...and the answer is no time as the wall is already built...its a logical question..but if its truely mathematical i think its 4.40hrs
