Dear all,
I am a registered person under gst paying rent for my office premises Rs. 32000/- to 4 persons as Rs. 8000/- each per month. They all are unregistered venders/persons.
Do I need to deduct TDS?
Do I need to pay gst to govt through RCM & claim ITC?

Yes, you have to pay gst through rcm and claim ITC. If rent is lass then 180000/-per anum then TDS deduction is not applicable. Here you are paying 8000/-per head ic 96000/-per anum.

Yes agreed with Sujit Saha..
You ll be pay Tax under RCM basis for the Rent paid...
But, you can't deduct TDS for above said way. Bcoz, It's calculated per person. So, tds not applicable...
