My friend has a doubt... Her father is going to retire.. So She wants to go for a job. She has completed 20 months of training.. Is she eligible to get termination? Is there any difficulty in getting termination if she mentions the real reason? On what grounds she can seek termination? Please suggest her..
Ya it is possible if father is going to retire and he will not live in the city where he is currenly living.
But if ICAI thinks it is the Genuine Reason.
It will be better if u ask the regional office of ICAI, before taking the transfer.
