I m working as an article assistant and my principal appointed me as permanent in a client office so can I have a right to take termination from there and do a principal have right to appoint me in client office permanently

No ofcourse because you have registered under your principal who have signed your article registeration form

A once cannot appoint you permanently if you feel like you're getting any opportunities there at the firm you are associated with you can take transfer if you are in first year of articleship

but how can he appoint me in client office because i m not learning anything there and working like an accountant

atul, may be he is having some outsource work of that client thats why he is using you, its very often many firms uses their article to do outsource accounting work, if you're not learning anything just find another firm and take transfer

chandana, yes it is possible to take transfer after one year on the ground of medical, inter state residence, partner retires, partner death, etc
