juz get a fresh regestraion form along with form 103
n fill it accordinlgy n send to institute thats all
U HAV TO GET FORM 109 SIGNED BY UR FIRST PRINCIPAL AND
GET FORM 102& 103 SIGNED BY UR NEW PRINCIPAL AND SUBMIT TO THE INSTITUTE WITHIN 30 DAYS........
