There is no way that a principal can deny an article asst from getting termination from his firm. A case recently took place where a principal didn't make prompt payment of stipend and didn't provide enough leaves too. The article asst applied for termination which the principal denied. The case was taken to court and the student was allowed termination. The case even found place in the institute's student newsletter. You will have to file Form 109 to get terminated from the present principal. Its in triplicate. One copy is for the institute is for the principal, one for the institute and one for the article asst. All the copies should be mutually signed.Think twice before you leap.Termination is not a very good thing unless it is very necessary.
