I want to know whether it is compulsory to mention clearly & separately the CGST and SGST as per the percentage on the gross value of taxable items/services in the bid document in any tender. Any ACT and Rule to support this.
Thanks.

The main difference is that when you sale the goods or services within the state then both taxes are to be charged and the rate and value remain same in both the taxes i.e half the GST rate is divided among the two equally. One CGST goes to the central government and SGST remain in the hands of state government. The reason for this division is that when before GST the central govt. take the taxes in within the state sale and services so they now also take that
