So now Use and Throw Schemes are also avaialable for e-mail category. 

Even its not needed to throw Sir, the e-mails automatically  dispose by itself.

its very usefull. I'hve use it on yahoo several times. It is very usefull when you are registering on a new website and want to avoid junk mails.
