Individual telephone expense can be claimed as deduction from sec 30 to 38 of the Income Tax Act 1961.
Accounting Entry in Tally will be under Indirect Expenses Head:-
Telephone Expense A/c Debited
Cash or Bank A/c Credited
Telephone Expense A/c Debited
