You have take service tax on telephone bills. If you are paying service tax.

The question is not clear. However i understand that you wanted to know whether service tax charged in the office telephone can be claimed and adjusted in the output tax?
If so, the answer is yes. But normally, 100% Cenvat can be claimed if your Unit is not providing any exempted service or clearing any exempted goods. Kindly read Rule 6(1) CENVAT Credit Rules in this regard.
