TECHNICAL FEES/PROFESSIONAL FEES RECEIVED 120000/- FOR THE F.YEAR 2019-20
BUT THE PAY SLIP THEY DECLARED AS SALARY.
CAN I DECLARED AS SALARY RECEIVED FROM THAT COMPANY AND CLAIM STAND.DEDUC?

There has to be employer employee relationship for income to qualify as salary

Is TDS deducted from your professional fee or you received full fee??

No you can't. Declare it in business Income .
If you want to declare it in salary then ask employer to revise TDS return
