Tea Business

Hello sir,Can anyone tell that if a supplier of tea who just repack the tea in his own brand name, then how GST will be applicable on him as a manufacturer or supplier?And is there any provison for giving his address on the packing material if he packed some where and sell from some where else?Please help me out of this problem
