If TDS on salary is deducted upto Nov
2017 but when it is checked in Dec that his income falls in the taxable limits,and the employer want to deduct tds on salary of the firther months. Then how should be tds deducted for the earlier months. Should it be devided by 12 and then pay for the 9 months or it should be devided by 3 and to be paid in 3 months only.. Plz guide...
Calculate estimated total tax liability on salary till March 2018
Deduct earlier amount of TDS from salary, for balance TDS amount divide the figure by remaining months (i.e. 3 months)
