A trasporter charge warehousing chare of Rs 80000/- for 2days for store goods in its warehouse wheather TDS applicable or not ?

Please elaborate the problem, whether storing the goods in warehouse was a part of contract?
No it is not a part of contract but due to some tachnical proble to its have to store
