Hi,

 I need clarification on TDS deduction on Regestration fee for cricket tournament

 I got one invoice which is related to Regestration fee for this they are collecting amount with service tax its around 22472. But in PO they stated as don,t deduct TDS for this. Pl suggest can i deduct the TDS if yes how much and let me know which sec applicable.

I have one dought if we are imposing the ST on sercives or purchases it will attracts the TDS pl clarify.
