My client is the pvt ltd. company engage in Hospitality Industry, recently he made a payment Rs. 1,09000/-to electricity company for pole shifting work in front of his Hotel.
Is TDS deductable on above mentioned payment.

you ask client that whether they have provided any nil deduction tds certificate if provided no tds required.
or else see whether the payment is made to govt if so no tds required
oher wise tds is required to be done
