Dear All,
 
If an NRI has a NRO account in India and has to pay professional fees to lawyers, then is he liable to deduct TDS u/s 194J? He is not liable to Tax Audit.
 
Also is Estate of a deceased person liable to deduct TDS on payment of lawyer's fees? Estate is not liable to Tax Audit and is a resident.

TDS would nt be applicable as the payer is individual and not liable for tax audit u/s 44AB.
