We are a public limited company. is TDS under GST is applicable on us or not and whether we require to register for TDS.

yes it is applicable on public limited company
and also required to take tds registration seperately

No need to take TDS registration separate, if having GST registration .
Seperate TDS registration is require for E-Commerce only
