28 August 2017Q1 : I have doubt on TDS deduction of GST bills. here below is my quiery.
My forwarding agent given bill to me, forwarding charges - 35000 , SGST - 3150 , CGST - 3150
total bill amount : 41300. as per income tax TDS, what amount should be taken for deducting the TDS? why ?
35000 (or) 41300?

Thank you sir @ Vikram Arora,
but i have a doubt, before GST regime, i deduct tds including service tax amount, but now excluding GST amount why? it is compulsion to deduct TDS of excluding GST amount or it is a optional one of including GST amount?
