TDS unclaim due to not filing ITR
TDS DEDUCTED IN A. Y. 2015-16 AND ITR NOT FILE AND TIME IS OVER.... CAN WE CLAIM THE SAME TDS IN A. Y. 2018-19 YEAR ITR.....OR ANY OTHER METHOD TO CLAIM

You / We can't claim previous AY TDS in AY 18-19...
But, You can move with condonation delay request to Your CIT. In case the request is accepted by Income Tax officer then You can file ITR for AY 15-16 and claim the refund...
