one of my agent in Iran has invoiced me for commission for helping me on getting/executing an export order to iran
my question is
1.whether TDS is to be deducted ?
2. if yes to 1, then @ what rate
3. if yes to 1, and if PAN of the agent is not available, what is the solution

HI you have to deduct TDS for this transaction. I think the TDS rate for iran is 15%. Also a Certificate would be required for foreign payment would be required from your CA. |
