In case of works contract where the material price and labour charges are showing on the bill separately, then TDS will be done or not ? Total amount of the bill is 33000 and labour charges is of Rs. 15000.00.

194C TDS is deducted when single contract charges are >30000 or in agreegate in a year is >100000.
Since in your case it is just 15000 you dont need to deduct tax.

At present case not required to deduct TDS as per 194 C
