31 July 2019As per section 194A TDS is to be deducted @ 1% on sale consideration. But this section is not applicable if seller give undertaking.
My question is if we pay tax(TDS) under 26QB . now seller provide us the undertaking not to deduct TDS. how can i get it reversed?

That means Buyer has to mandatory deduct tax at source, where the consideration exceeds Rs 50 lakhs????
Irrespective of the facts that seller provide any declaration?? or A.O certificate??
