specially in relation to Tour Operators

Dear Abhishek Sir,
From ur question it seems you are asking TDS on payments made by Tour operators- Tour operator business is like any other business & will be covered under TDS provisions on the nature of payments made as specified u/s 192 to 195....
Pls specify the exact nature of payments of if u meant something else....

Payments like Guide Charges, Boating Charges,Car /Taxi hiring Charges, Hotel Bills on behalf of customers and other like payments of tour operator
