14 July 2012Sir, We are selling our products through some commission agent. Some time the debtors are not making payment our full or partial amount, that time the same amount is debited to commission agent's account and recover the samw from his commission. In this case while we debiting to agent's account TDS is to be deductied or not.

You need to deduct tds on commission payable to agent. while making any adjustment through debited to agent account then no need to deduct TDS.
