Is it possible to deduct and pay TDS after filing the return for the fourth quarter?

Yes, but then the TDS return will have to be revised after making the payment to reflect the same.

YES YOU CAN DO IT. BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO REVISE YOUR TDS RETURN
