Tds short deduction can be two different challan in one

Dear All,

I have  a party which we have taken a loan the party is nri thats why we deduct 30% tds on amount but after deducting the tds and submitting we get the information for increasing the percentage that it increase and total 30.9% so my question is can two challan can be club in this situation please tell ASAP
