please guide in respect of TDS applicability on taken of services of GPRS on a self own or hired vehicles running at our organization.
We are applying 194C but we are confused to apply sec 194 J or 194 I.

Section 194J is applicable over professional or technical consulting services, which requires special skill. In your case, if you have contracted to use the GPRS NETWORK services on hired bases from any contractor, section 194C is right option.
