1) First you have to download TDS consolidated file from Traces( previous from TIN NSDL ). Link provided.
(https://downloads.tdscpc.gov.in/docs/e-Tutorial%20-%20Download%20NSDL%20Conso%20File.pdf). and the rest proceedure is given in the attachment.
