What is the last date for filing of TDS returns for payment made upto 31st march and for provisions made on 31st march

The last date for submission of TDS return whether for provisons or for payment on 31 March is 15 th June , but if the provison is made the TDS to be deposited in bank is upto 31 st May & TDS return date will be 15th June
