Tds return rejected

Sir/ madam, 

I prepared correction return after adding new challans using fvu file and  uploaded using income tax portal. After 3 days return got rejected and showing the reasons-(screen shot attached) . 

 

Kindly help me what is this error and how to rectify this one.
