is it compulsory for a company to show salary of those employees also in there Tds return of salary, who actually have taxable income, but by way of investment , there TAX and taxable income is NIL

I think details should be shown only whose TDS is deducted.

AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE IT SHOULD BE SHOWN ON BOTH SIDE AS INVESTMENT AS ALSO AS TDS DEDUCTED
AS EFFECTS OF IT WILL BE NULIFIED

According to me Mr. Deepak Tapase is right because after introduction of Form No,.24Q, I am showing only the salaries of employees whose tax is deducted. Earlier in Form No.24 I was showing the names of all the employees whose salary was above taxable limit and whether tax is deducted or not.

There is no need to include the details of employees on which no TDS have been deducted in the TDS return.
