Hello,
There are two ways that you can go for.
1) Write letter to AO requesting him to forgo the fees by producing the Relevant Documents & make satisfied the ao that late filling is guniune. so he may do so
2) dont pay & wait for Scrutiniy letter come & once that letter come produced all proof & make satisfied to AO that your are having guniune Proble for filling late Payment. But at that time you have to pay fees
so inshort you ahve to pay.
