TDS return filling eligibility
Can I file TDS return under my signature of government Enterprise if I hold ATC certificate after clearing both groups of ipcc by ICAI

If you are consultant then you can't use ..If you are employee in govt organization then you may use of you are authorised to sign on behalf of govt organization
