Should we show 100% exemption tds deduction and Transporter transaction in e-TDS retun filing?
Ex: Shipping company provide TAX Exemption Declaration as per DTAA , SEZ unit Transactions ,Transport bill.
If yes, Please refer to me where this notification or rule available in IT Act or Rule. Because my HOD debate with me about this matter.

Dear sivakumar ji,
you have to show exempted transactions in the TDS Return. exempted tds on transport shoud be shown in the return. make tds entry with the freight amount and tds amount will be 0. you hv to give the reason for lower deduction in that entry and that reason will be tds on transporter.
