update your software and than go for filing TDS return

Is the FVU validation utility required, I mean after I generate the FVU in RPU I directly give it to NSDL Intermediary for uploading. 

I tried using the FVU Standalone. Jar but it again generated a new FVU File, taking input of text file which was generated in RPU, can anyone explain which FVU is to be submitted to NSDL Intermediary the one generated by RPU or the one generated by FVU - Standalone Jar .

You should submit the form 27A generated by FVU version 4.2.

Thanks for replying, but both the FVU are same or not ? I am confused as to why two different softwares generating same .FVU extension file. 

Yes both FVU are same, no worry you can submit anyone of those. Even if you are too much confused than open both file, you find it same.
