Is there any notification/circular regarding withdrawl of e-filing of tds returns fron 3rd quarter.
Dear Abhash,
As per the amendment by the Finance Act 2009, Department is supposed to dispense with the requirement of quarterly filing of TDS return,,
But I don;t think any such notification has come from their side..Therefore for the time being it is advisable to file TDS quarterly return as earlier..
