FOR FY-2009-10
For Q1-15July2009,
For Q2-15 October, 2009
For Q3- 15 Janurary,2010
For Q4-15 June,2010
Tax should be deposit in goverment tresurary in 7th day of next month in which you deduct tax or making payment.

Dear Kapil,
Agree with friend Babit just want to add that TDS in case of salary is to be deducted at the time of payment (unlike in other cases where TDS is to be deducted at the time of payment or credit whichever is earlier)

which challan number shld be used to deposit salary tds? For corporates is it mandatory to deposit this tds by e-payment only?
quarterly return to be filed in form 24Q or 26Q?
