I want to know if i filled the TDS Return Form 26Q4 on 3rd June 2011. Can I issue TDS Certificate on 3rd June 2011?

Yes because once you file quarterly return you get receipt no, using that receipt no you can surely issue TDS Certificate ;)

Yes you can issue the certificate but after filiing the Quaterly Return even on the same day of filling the return , beacuase when u file return you get receipt number which you have to mention in the 16A.

yes u can issue. it is possibe to issue seperate
tds certificate for each quarter
