Hey all clubindia members,

Would you please let me know the Steps invoved in

TDS Return Prepartion And its Revision.

I was never allowed by my principal to work on TDS return,

so i requested all of u to please give me all the steps involved in TDS return

Preparetion and its filing with income tax Department.

We have to fil ethe TDS returns quarterly.

For the first three quarters, we have to file by 15 july, 15 oct and 15 jan.

For the last quarter, we have to file by 15th May.

The filing is to be done in Form 24Q, 26Q and 27Q

24Q	Quarterly returns of TDS u/s 192	For first three quarters: July 15, oct 15, Jan 15	E-filing mandatory:
26Q	Quarterly returns of TDS other than section U/s 192 and covered under form no 27Q	For the last quarter: May 15 of subsequent year(earler it was 15.06.20XX/)	(a) office of government
27Q	Quarterly returns in respect of non residents not being a company/foreign company, resident being non ordinary		(b) Company

			(d) Number of deductees Is greater than 50
