07 April 2015IT is mandatory to show Perquisties value in TDS return filed on quarterly Basis . in case it is not shown in the original return can it be shown in yearly annual salary detail in fourth quarter or shall we need to revised the quartely return to take it effect and to reconciled with yearly salary detail

no we can directly show the gross fixtures rather then showing the breakup

But in case i did not consider the perquisties value in first three quarter salary return and consider the perquisties value in annexure ii (Salary detail) there will be mismatch in the total salary reported in annexure ii and consolidated taxable amount reported in deductee detail in all the quarter

IT is better to revised the return instead of Not showing the Perqusities value in the Retun.
