whethet it is mandatory to file 24 Q for the Quarter in which no tds is deducted on salary and no tds is deposited ?

Yes, it is mandatory. You have to file NIL return in case there is no TDS deducted and deposited.

Yes. It is mandatory to file 24 Q as NIL Return for the quarter in which there is no TDS deducted and deposited on salary.

NO, NIL RETURN IS NOT MANDATORY NOW TO FILE
