Shall i file TDS return for Q4 in RPU version 3.1?
Is there is new version applicable for Q4.
Please advise.

the rpu version 3.2 seems to be available already on tin-nsdl site. I think now the latest version should be used. Even if not mandatory, it is better to use the latest version.
