I am currently filing TDS return for some companies.I have a doubt whether the names of the employees for whom no tax is deducted should also be included in the TDS return,stating the tax as nil. Please clarify.

its not mandatory but voluntarily you can do so..

hi..priya.....its not mandatory but you can do it , we have also filed but we have not stated the details of nil employees .

It is not necessary to file the employees details whose tax is nil
