Payment made to transporter who had quoted PAN & no TDS had been deducted, but now filing the TDS return should we disclose the said payment made to the transporter in the return if yes then how??

In case of payments to Transporters, where no tax is deducted, Flag “T” to be selected in the column “Reason for lower or non deduction of tax”
